Jim McCurry

Jim McCurry got in touch with the London Quest Company, having recently moved to London from the US, he wanted to take his family around the capital and see some of London’s more famous locations as well as some of the hidden gems.

We wrote a narrative that had elements for all those involved, clues that would entertain the children as well as informed information that would engage the adults.

The children met a team of actors from the future who had been sent back in time to save some of London landmarks from the destruction in their own time. They had to meat a young historian and persuade him to change his ideologies.

Learning about Dickens at The Old Curiosity Shop, meeting Obi Wan Kenobi at Temple Church, taking on a taste testing competition at Corney and Barrow in the shadows of St Pauls. Were all part of their challenges, but they were not finished their, they met the Historian in the Tate Modern, the Globe, The Clink and they finally finished at More London for a well deserved a drink.
