Tours:

1. The Royal Court, religion and revolts – The City

Starting at Smithfield’s Market the tour group will witness the story of Wat Tyler and the Peasants revolt and the Kings hero William Walworth. Moving south the group will pass Henry VIII, to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre where crusaders set off on pilgrimages to the Holy Land. The group will witness some of Wren’s finest memorials and travel down to Fleet street the home of the newspaper. Finally Questers will witness the home of the Knights Templar.
